How much do we charge? |

We will confirm the
delivery time at the time of accepting an assignment. We tend to be conservative
when estimating delivery times – clients are usually delighted by
delivery a little ahead of schedule! |

What are our payment terms? We can invoice in
pounds sterling (GBP), euros or US dollars (USD). Payments from overseas
clients can be received into our standard GBP account or our Euro account.

Our translation software is Atril's DVX Workgroup which provides translation memory and terminology databases to support clients and to increase consistency and productivity. Other software includes PC-based Office Professional 2003 (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), PaintShopPro8, Mozilla Firefox, AVG 7.5 (continuously updated), Outlook email software. |
